 Have
a Blast Fishing Charters; that should be our name. At Triple Time Charters,
we strive to put the emphasis on FUN fishing. We specialize in offshore,
deep sea sportfishing, but we can also show you the enjoyment of fishing
close in, near the reefs, or in a secret spot. Key
West fishing is a way of life for us, not a job. We are a family of
fishermen with more than forty years of fishing the local waters of Key
West and the Florida Keys. This stuff is in our blood. For the captain
and crew alike, it is still just as thrilling for us to land a big one
(or the little one) as it is to the first timer.
 
Spend some quality
time fishing with the Triple Time
and you will quickly determine that we love what we do, do what we love,
and do it well. Having fished these waters for over forty years starting
with Joe Mercurio Sr. in the 40's and 50's and being passed on, we have
developed a sense of ecological awareness. We are a member of the Billfish
Foundation, which promotes catch and release of certain species of fish.
We are firm believers and followers of this catch and release philosophy.
As you can see from the photo on the right, we caught and released three
sailfish and caught and kept a few nice dolphin.
Whenever a fish is caught and released, the Billfish Foundation provides
you with a release certificate that acknowledges your catch and your preservation
of our resources by releasing that fish. The release is important for
you as well as everyone else so that the next time you come and visit,
there will be plenty of fish for you to catch as well as everyone else.
